Founded in 2022 by Edwina Jean-Louis, EJL Atelier is a full-service architecture | design practice located in the Bay Area.

Edwina Jean-Louis, AIA, LEED AP is a Haitian-born architect, interior designer, and real estate developer. She received a Bachelor of Architecture from The Pennsylvania State University and completed a Masters in Real Estate Development from The University of California Berkeley. She is an architect with over 15 years of experience and has worked at a number of prestigious architecture firms in New York City and San Francisco. Prior to founding EJL Atelier, Edwina’s experience within architecture ranges from working on educational, institutional, and healthcare projects at STV Inc, corporate interior projects at HOK, HLW, and SOM, senior living and hospitality projects at Perkins Eastman, and corporate interior projects Gensler. At SGPA, Edwina became a project manager working on multi-family housing, affordable housing, and retail projects. After graduating from Berkeley, Edwina worked at Midpen Housing as a development project manager. She is a licensed architect, registered in New York and California, and LEED AP accredited professional.
